Policies and Procedures

Boundaries: This facility reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion based upon the client's condition, therapist's skill set, client attitude or action, etc, without explanation or prior notice.

New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and consultation, 5 minutes early if you are an existing client to ensure you get your full time on the table. If you are late to an appointment, your massage time may be cut short due to other appointments scheduled after yours and full payment is still required.

12 hour cancelation policy: If you need to cancel, please contact us and/or cancel online at least 12 hours in advance. If a client fails to notify us, forgets about and/or does not show up for an appointment this is considered a "no-show" and a $20 rebooking fee will be applied to the next visit for the therapists’ time.

Payment: We accept cash, card, and local checks only. All checks will be cashed on the same business day as service, we cannot hold checks. There will be a $15 fee for all rejected/bounced checks.

Groupon Vouchers: Are an introductory price for first time clients. Only one per person. If you purchase more than one voucher it can be gifted to another person or you can get a refund through Groupon. Expired vouchers are worth their face value towards the session of buyers’ choice. If you set up an appointment BEFORE your Groupon expires the full service listed on the voucher will still be honored

Draping: We protect all modesty. During table massage you will undress to your comfort level and will be properly draped with a sheet and/or blanket at all times.

Boundaries: This facility is strictly non-sexual. No sexual activity, comment, or innuendo will be tolerated. Under extenuating circumstances, either party reserves the right to immediately terminate the session.

Illness: If you have the flu, a fever, sore throat, or are nauseous or contagious, please stay home. Massage can increase these symptoms and make you feel worse. If you have a bad cold it's best to wait until the post-acute stage. For a minor cold, massage is okay, but it may be uncomfortable to lie face down so use your best judgement.

Kids and Pets: Are not allowed in the massage room while you are receiving your massage. This can be very distracting for both parent and therapist. Service animals are the exception.

Winter Weather: If Columbia Public Schools close due to inclement weather this means that the massage suite will also be closed and your appointment will need to be rescheduled for another day.
