Boundaries: This facility reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion based upon the client's condition, therapist's skill set, client attitude or action, etc, without explanation or prior notice. Massage and bodywork at this facility is strictly non-sexual.
12 hour cancelation policy: A fee of 100% of the full service price will be applied for all no-shows and cancellations giving less than 12 hours notice. Gift certificates, vouchers, and packages will be redeemed as necessary for payment. Cancel your appointment online or call/text (660) 888-1264 at least 12 hours in advance so that we may offer that open time to someone else.
*If you are late to an appointment, your massage time may be cut short due to other appointments scheduled after yours and full payment is still required. We are understanding of life situations and will accommodate you the best we can.
Payment: A credit/debit card will be held on file to hold your appointment time. Balance will be do at the time of service. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, your card will be charged the cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.
We accept cash, card, and local checks only. There is a $2.00 service fee for all card transactions. All checks will be cashed on the same business day as service, $15 fee for all rejected/bounced checks.
Groupon Vouchers: Are an introductory price for first time clients. Only one per person. If you purchase more than one voucher it can be gifted to another person or you can get a refund through Groupon. Expired vouchers are worth their face value towards the session of buyers’ choice. If you set up an appointment BEFORE your Groupon expires the full service listed on the voucher will still be honored.
Draping: We protect all modesty. During table massage you will undress to your comfort level and will be properly draped with a sheet and/or blanket at all times.
Illness: If you have the flu, a fever, sore throat, or are nauseous or contagious, please stay home. Massage can increase these symptoms and make you feel worse. If you have a bad cold it's best to wait until the post-acute stage. For a minor cold, massage is okay, but it may be uncomfortable to lie face down so use your best judgment.
Kids and Pets: Are not allowed in the massage room while you are receiving your massage. This can be very distracting for both parent and therapist. Service animals are the exception.
Winter Weather: If Columbia Public Schools close due to inclement weather this means that the massage suite will also be closed and your appointment will need to be rescheduled for another day.
